 lol I always eat the pears in the heavy syrup. For some reason the ones in the juice don't taste right to me.

I had my fattening meal of the week today. I had a few Taco Bell burritos and those damn cinnamon twists.

Next week will suck with Thanksgiving dinner and all.

Can of peas and a can of tuna mixed with soy sauce.

I used to hate tuna but I have learned to accept it especially drowned in soy sauce haha. I can eat a can for dinner and it's only 100 calories for the whole can and it has as much protein as one of my protein drinks  thumb up

What I have noticed is that since I changed my diet a while back that now when I try to eat some of the things I used to enjoy(such as pizza) I will get some major headaches after eating it.
