Well it looks like Games With Gold will stay the same price of $60 for a year.

Saw that a few hours ago. I have no idea what they were thinking and Twitter blew up over the idea of charging that much. I get that they want everyone to get on Game Pass but don't do it by making Gold a crazy price. Now I see a bunch of pissed off people because they rushed out and bought 2-3 years of Gold(the card ones from places like Amazon while they still had them for $60.00/year) because they spent money they didn't have to prevent spending even more later on. That was quite the 48 hour disaster for Microsoft.

Maybe it as good thinking on Microsoft's part and got people to commit to a few more years when they ran out and bought the $60 memberships

I just wish they would hurry up and offer some Game Pass subscription deals like they did before. If they did another buy 3 months get 3 months free deal I'd buy at least another years worth right away even though I'm currently good until 2023.
